here at the rusty plant pot we love to give fast easy shipping to all customers around the world. Our processing time is 1 - 7 days and orders are shipped on either Monday, Wednesday or Saturday :)
we're confident that you are going to love your purchase from the rusty plant pot so we are only accepting returns and refunds if your order has been damaged on the way to you. if your order has arrived damaged, please email us with photographic evidence of the damaged product within 7 days of delivery. once your return and refund request is accepted we will send you an address for the product to be returned to. once the package has been returned we will issue you a refund on the product (we cannot refund shipping). xx
Otherwise is your package is returned to us without our knowledge you will be given a partial refund.
if your package is returned to me due to a wrong adress, you will be asked to repay for shipping ( if it was your mistake). if you do not repay for shipping your order will be canceled and refunded (shipping will not be refunded), we can only refund you within 8 weeks of your purchase.
